As a time-saving habits expert, I know the benefit of meal planning — see exhibit A, last minute dinner ideas, exhibit B, this summer capsule meal plan and exhibit C, this fall meal capsule meal plan.

But, if you don’t have the time, energy, or attention to meal plan, I get it. Allow me to offer an alternative: My capsule meal mapping method, which allows you to organize a month of meals in a matter of minutes, no complicated planning required.

Capsule meal mapping is simple: simply select a meal type for each night of the week (hello Taco Tuesday!), and then slot in variations of that meal type each week. By keeping the meal type consistent week to week, you reduce decision fatigue, maintain variety, and feel oh-so organized.

To get you started, I’ve created a printable organizer for you to print and save, so you can plan and organize an entire month’s worth of meals in no time! Then fill in your organizer with these easy and delicious recipes, below, and you’ll be good to go.
