Welcome to Real Food Whole Life. These terms govern your use of our website at https://realfoodwholelife.com (“Site”) and your purchase of our cookbooks and related products (“Products”).
Agreement to Terms. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or using the Site.
Eligibility and Use. You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase through our Site. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
Product Information. We strive to provide accurate information about our Products. However, occasional errors may occur in product descriptions, images, or pricing. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to update information or cancel orders, if necessary, even after an order has been submitted.
Pricing and Payment. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase and must be made through our approved payment processors. By placing an order, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping. Order Processing and Shipping (Hard Copies). Orders for hard copy Cookbooks are processed in the order received. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect shipping information, carrier issues, or events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery by the carrier.
Digital Downloads (E-Books). After payment is confirmed, you will receive a link to download your e-book. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary software to open and read the file format. E-books are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, copy, distribute, or reproduce the file in any form without our prior written consent.
Intellectual Property. Unless otherwise noted, the Site and its content (text, photos, videos, recipes, logos) are owned by Real Food Whole Life, LLC and protected by US and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content or Products without our express written permission. You may link to posts with a clear link back, provided that the link does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it and the link must not suggest any form of associate, approval or endorsement on our part. Republishing recipes or posts in full is not permitted without written permission. You may not delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from copies of materials from this Site. These terms permit use of the Site for your personal and non-commercial use only.
User Content. If you post comments, reviews, images, or other content, you grant Real Food Whole Life, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content on the Site and our social channels. You represent that you own or have rights to your content and that it does not infringe others’ rights. We may remove content at our discretion, and we may disclose your identity or other information about you to any third party who claims that material posted by you violates their rights. We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Site for any violation of these Terms.
DMCA Policy. If you believe content infringes your copyright, send a notice here. Your notice must include the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). We may terminate repeat infringers.
Affiliate Relationships & Sponsored Content. Posts may include affiliate links or paid sponsorships. We follow FTC disclosure rules. Purchases through affiliate links may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you.
Third-Party Links. We are not responsible for third-party websites or resources linked from the Site. All statements expressed in third-party content are the responsibility of the person or entity providing those materials. We have no control over banner advertisements and sponsored links and if you decide to access any third-party websites you do at your own risk.
Health & Nutrition Disclaimer. Information on the Site and in our Products is provided for educational purposes only and is not medical advice. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness, or usefulness of this information. Any reliance you place on such information is at your own risk. Always check product labels for allergens and consult a qualified professional for dietary or medical questions. We are not nutritionists, and the nutritional data on this site has not been evaluated or approved by a nutritionist or the Food and Drug Administration. If you are following a specific diet, consult with a professional nutritionist or your doctor. Data is calculated through an online nutritional calculator, Spoonacular. These figures should be considered estimates only, and varying factors such as product types or brands purchased, natural fluctuations in fresh produce, and the way ingredients are processed may change the effective nutritional information in any given recipe. Different online calculators provide different results depending on their own nutrition fact sources and algorithms. To obtain the most accurate nutritional information, calculate the nutritional information with the specific ingredients you use to make the recipe, using your preferred nutrition calculator.
No Warranties. The Site and Products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any Product will meet your expectations.
Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Real Food Whole Life, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or Products. Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase or use of the Products will not exceed the total amount you paid for the Product at issue.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site or Products or your violation of these Terms.
Governing Law & Disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflicts principles. Courts located in Oregon, USA have exclusive jurisdiction.
Termination. We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms.
No AI. The owner of the Site does not consent to the content on this website being used or downloaded by any third parties for the purposes of developing, training or operating artificial intelligence or other machine learning systems (“Artificial Intelligence Purposes”), except as authorized by the owner in writing (including written electronic communication). Absent such consent, users of the Site, including any third parties accessing the Site through automated systems, are prohibited from using any of the content on the website for Artificial Intelligence Purposes. Users or automated systems that fail to respect these choices will be considered to have breached these Terms.
We have included on the pages of the Site a robots meta tag with the “noai” or “noimageai” directive in the head section of the HTML page.
