Just whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, and vinegar for a flavorful homemade sauce that’s perfect tossed with salad greens, drizzled over chicken or salmon, or used as a dipping sauce.

1  tablespoon  Dijon mustard 2  tablespoons  honey ¼  teaspoon  kosher salt 3  tablespoons  red wine vinegar ⅓  cup  extra virgin olive oil  
In a medium bowl or mason jar, whisk together the mustard, honey, and salt until smooth. Add the vinegar and whisk to combine.

Use immediately or store, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
