This sweet and creamy strawberry banana peanut butter smoothie is easy to make with strawberries, bananas, and peanut butter for a bright and protein-packed way to start the day.

1/2 frozen banana 1 cup frozen strawberries 2 tablespoons unsweetened peanut butter 1 tablespoon ground flax seed 2 servings vanilla protein powder 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
This recipe makes about 2 cups, or two servings if using a serving size of 1 cup.
To make a smoothie bowl instead, make the smoothie thicker by using ¾ cup milk.
For a thinner consistency, add more milk.
If using fresh berries and fresh banana, add extra ice for better texture.
