Made with just 2 ingredients, this sriracha mayo is perfect as a dipping sauce, or use it to add quick and easy flavor to salmon, shrimp, chicken, and rice bowls.
Add the mayo and sriracha to a small bowl. Whisk vigorously until well combined and no clumps of mayo remain. Serve immediately or refrigerate, covered, for up to one week.
Notes
This recipe makes one cup, but can easily be halved or doubled. Just keep the proportions the same: ⅔ mayo to ⅓ sriracha.
