Simple Sweet Potato Smoothie (No Banana)

This easy sweet and creamy sweet potato smoothie tastes just like pie but is made without any added sugar or banana. It's a light and fresh recipe that's packed with protein, and is ready in just five minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen or purred sweet potato
  • 1/4 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • 2 teaspoons ground flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 teaspoons almond butter
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 servings vanilla protein powder
  • ice to taste

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add additional milk for a thinner consistency. Enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • You can also used canned purred sweet potato in this recipe. You'll just need to reduce the milk slightly and add more ice.
  • For a thinner consistency, add more milk.
