Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add additional milk for a thinner consistency. Enjoy immediately.
Notes
You can also used canned purred sweet potato in this recipe. You'll just need to reduce the milk slightly and add more ice.
For a thinner consistency, add more milk.
