Ingredients

  • 1 large frozen banana broken into chunks
  • cup toasted hazelnuts
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder or cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 2 cups unsweetened milk of choice
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tablespoons pure maple syrup optional
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder optional
  • ½ cup ice optional

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy immediately.
