- 1 frozen banana, broken into chunks
- 2 teaspoons matcha powder
- 1 cup packed baby spinach
- 1 teaspoon ground flax seed
- 1 cup milk
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup ice
- If using fresh banana instead of frozen, add ice for better texture.
