  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup diced frozen mango
  • 1/4 cup diced frozen pineapple
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder optional
