1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 2 tablespoons honey ¼ teaspoon kosher salt 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
In a medium bowl or mason jar, whisk together the mustard, honey, and salt until smooth. Add the vinegar and whisk to combine.
Mason Jar Method Drizzle in the olive oil, fit with a tightly fitting lid, and shake vigorously until well combined.
Use immediately or store, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
