  • 1 frozen banana, broken into chunks
  • 1 cup peach slices, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax seed
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup or more to taste (optional)
