Ingredients

  • 1 medium frozen bananas, broken into pieces
  • 1 cup baby spinach (about 2 handfuls)
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, or milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend on high until well combined.
