Ingredients

  • 2 cups arugula
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 frozen banana, broken into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, from about 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend on high until very smooth.
