Bursting with crunchy veggies and an easy, flavorful dressing, this healthy chicken salad recipe is made without mayo or dairy, and makes the perfect make-ahead salad or meal on the go. Simple to make and oh-so satisfying, you’ll want to make this one again and again!

STEP 1:

Mix dressing ingredients.

STEP 2:

Add dressing to remaining ingredients (except greens) and mix.

STEP 3:

Serve over greens if desired.

Pecans or roasted almonds would be a nice substitute for cashews.  Omit the honey for a low sugar, low carb, and Whole30 friendly option. Use 2 cans of drained tuna in place of the chicken.
