  • 1 frozen banana, broken into chunks
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ¾  cup fresh or frozen blackberries
  • ¼ cup unsweetened whole Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

Optional Protein Smoothie Add-Ins

  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
