  • 6 medium Russet potatoes scrubbed and dried
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt


  • Place the potatoes in a 6-quart slow cooker. Drizzle with the olive oil, sprinkle with salt, and toss to evenly coat the potatoes.
  • Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 6-7, or until the potatoes are cooked through. Do not uncover during this time.
  • To serve, carefully remove each potato with tongs, slice in half and add any desired toppings you prefer.
