This lightly sweet Pineapple Cucumber Smoothie is so easy to make and tastes like a tropical vacation in a glass. Makes the perfect quick & healthy on-the-go breakfast or snack!

STEP 1:

If using fresh pineapple in place of frozen, add ice for better texture. For a thinner consistency, add more milk. Skip or reduce the ginger to reduce the spice level.
