Wildly addictive & incredibly easy to make, this tangy honey sriracha sauce is sweet & spicy and elevates anything you pour it on.  It's also great as a chicken marinade or to make meatballs, wings, salmon, shrimp, or for a dipping sauce.

Add the sauce ingredients to a mason jar or small bowl. Shake or whisk to combine.

Taste and adjust flavors as desired. Use immediately or store covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

For soy-free, use coconut aminos in place of tamari. For dairy-free, use plant-based butter in place of traditional butter. If you prefer a thicker consistency, like for a dipping sauce, heat the sauce in a saucepan over medium low heat until it reduces by half, stirring occasionally.
