This tahini pasta comes together in under 30 minutes, creating a satisfying, healthy, and comforting dairy-free sauce that’s perfect for pasta and more.  A great meal for those busy weeknights, but delicious enough to be worthy of company!

STEP 1:

Gather the ingredients.

Cook and drain pasta.

STEP 3:

Reserve 2 cups of pasta water.

STEP 4:

Prepare tahini pasta sauce.

STEP 5:

Add pasta water to sauce and stir until smooth.

STEP 6:

Add tahini pasta sauce to cooked pasta and mix.

STEP 7:

Add nutritional yeast and additional pasta water. Stir and serve.

Tahini pasta keeps well in the fridge for up to 3-4 days, in a sealed container. To reheat, add a splash of water and stir until smooth again.
