This healthy strawberry banana peanut butter smoothie is easy to make with simple ingredients for a bright way to start the day.  Makes the perfect quick & healthy on-the-go breakfast or snack!

STEP 1:

Combine all the ingredients in a blender.

Blend on high until very smooth and creamy.

Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking!

If you like a thicker smoothie or are using fresh instead of frozen banana & strawberries, add ice for better texture. For a thinner consistency, add more milk. To make a smoothie bowl instead, make the smoothie thicker by using ¾ cup milk.
