If you’ve ever wanted to eat spinach artichoke dip for dinner, this is your answer! This spinach artichoke chicken casserole elevates your favorite dip into a nourishing dump-and-go casserole that’s studded with fresh spinach, chicken, artichokes, creamy sauce, and melty cheese.

STEP 1:

Add cream cheese, yogurt, cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper to a bowl.

Blend the cheese mixture.

STEP 3:

Add chicken, artichokes, and spinach, and mix.

STEP 4:

Add cream cheese mixture to baking dish and top with cheese.

Bake casserole and serve.

Full-fat Greek yogurt & cream cheese can be substituted, but I have not tried non-fat varieties. Canned and drained artichoke hearts can be used instead of frozen. Use frozen spinach instead of fresh, just make sure to thaw and drain well.
