This ultra tender slow cooker flank steak recipe could not be easier to make, and yields the most delicious, tender flank steak for tacos, sandwiches and more!

STEP 1:

In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt until well combined.

Rub the spice rub on both sides of the flank steak.

Place the flank steak in the slow cooker and cover. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low on 4-5 hours, or until very tender.

Uncover and carefully remove the flank steak to a cutting board. Slice against the grain, and serve.
