Are you ready to simplify dinners with this simple, salty, sweet & sticky teriyaki chicken marinade that’s made with just 4 ingredients? It’s such an easy recipe to effortlessly whip up for grilled or oven baked teriyaki chicken, plus it can be thrown in the freezer for future meals.

STEP 1:

Whisk marinade ingredients.

Add water to half of marinade.

Pour marinade with water over chicken.

Toss to coat & marinate.

Grill or bake the chicken and allow to rest.

Slice chicken & serve with remaining sauce.

Add desired toppings.

You only need to marinate the chicken for 30 minutes to get maximum flavor. You can marinate it for up to 6 hours, but no longer since the acid can alter the texture of the meat. If you need longer than 6 hours or overnight, I recommend freezing the marinade and chicken together. Then, thaw and cook immediately once you're ready.
