Super moist and so delicious, this easy, healthy, and gluten free banana bread comes together quickly and easily in just one bowl.



Pre-heat the oven. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the wet ingredients together.



Add the dry ingredients mixing until just combined. Add the chocolate chips and bake.

Place whole rolled oats in a blender (or food processor fitted with the blade attachment) and blend until a coarse flour forms.
