wet ingredients:

canned pumpkin eggs maple syrup coconut oil vanilla

dry ingredients:

oat flour baking powder baking soda pumpkin pie spice salt

STEP 1:

preheat oven to 350 F & lightly grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan

mix all your wet ingredients together in one large mixing bowl

to the same bowl, add all your dry ingredients & stir until well incorporated

pour your batter into your prepared pan & bake for 40-50 min
