This powerhouse creamy Cranberry Smoothie is packed with fresh or frozen cranberries and all the good-for-you ingredients (but tastes like a decadent treat). Perfect for a quick breakfast or afternoon snack!

ingredients:

cranberries (fresh/ frozen) pomegranate arils raw cashews mandarin orange canned coconut milk pure vanilla extract pitted Medjool date  (or maple syrup) optional: vanilla protein powder ice

STEP 1:

Add the cranberries and pomegranate arils to a blender cup.

Next, add the raw cashews & mandarin orange slices.

Then add the coconut milk & vanilla extract.

Optional: add up to 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder & ice (if using). Then blend until smooth & creamy!
