Sautée sausage, onions, and garlic.

Add cooked sausage, potatoes, and broth to crockpot.

Cook until the potatoes are tender. Remove and mash 1 cup of cooked potatoes and broth.

Add the kale and cook.

Add the mashed potatoes and cream. Serve or store.
