This Crockpot Turkey Chili is an easy, healthy one-pot meal – made with ground turkey, 3 types of hearty beans, simple spices, and plenty of vegetables!
Just the thing to make for dinner on busy weeks.
Allow the turkey to brown on one side for 4-5 minutes, then stir to flip the turkey. Add the onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, and salt. Stir to combine.
Carefully transfer the turkey, onion & bell pepper mixture to a 6-quart slow cooker. Add sweet potato, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, black beans, kidney beans, pinto beans & salt. Stir until well combined.
