This 3-ingredient hummus dressing recipe is a delicious addition to any simple green salad or savory bowl, and doubles as a delicious sauce for chicken & roasted veggies. The best part about this easy, healthy salad dressing is that it comes together in just a mason jar!

STEP 1:

To a 8-oz mason jar, add the hummus, lemon juice, olive oil and salt.

Add the lid, and shake vigorously until the salt has dissolved and all the ingredients are combined.

Taste and add additional salt or lemon juice if desired.

STEP 4:

Store, refrigerated, for up to 5 days.  To use, allow to come to room temperature, and shake well to recombine.

Simply add a pinch of cayenne pepper or mix in 1-2 teaspoons of your favorite hot sauce. Since it pairs really well with the lemon and honey, I really like sriracha in this recipe!
