Do the recipes include nutrition information? Calorie counts?


I’m a vegetarian or eat mostly plant-based. Will the reset recipes work for me?

14 of the 19 recipes are vegetarian/plant-based, and the remainder can be adapted.

The audio guides include specific information about vegetarian adaptations. There is no soy in this program, so the plant protein is in the form of legumes and pulses.

I’m single. Will this program work for me?

Yes. Each week includes one breakfast, one lunch, and three dinner recipes, making it a great option for singles and couples.

If you prefer fewer leftovers, simply skip one dinner recipe per week.

Is there a Facebook group or community support?

The Simplified Reset Program is self-paced, and does not have an online community component.

Can I share my Reset materials with friends and family?

No. The Simplified Reset Program is for individual use only.

While we encourage you to connect with friends and family for support and accountability, sharing the materials is strictly prohibited.

It’s stealing, after all.

What’s your refund policy?
